Glyco pills

Hello, wanted to ask if Its safe to take a glyco pill that has expired for 1 month or so. I have a couple of them left and dont want to order more right away.

so opinion guys?

Well assuming that the pills are packed in a blister pack (ie not contaminated with bacteria or whatever) I can't see why it should be a problem.

Most pills can last for years. They are dated with expiration dates for the most part to benefit the pharmaceutical company's. A pill doesn't no the exact calendar date that it was made. Some meds loose potency with time. Here in the states, expiration dates used to be 2-3 years on most meds. Now they seem to all expire within a year.

I'm not a doctor or a pharmacist, just talking of my own experience. Unless you are loaded with money, buy another batch. For the rest us... we must do what we must do.
