Give yaselfs a break! take a day off from worrying so much about every minor detail about what everyone else thinks about ya!
some of you are worried about being called quite and that you dont talk enough, tbh people find people that talk too much more frustratating!
secondly. its ok to have silences!! honestly, its ok!! have a chat. be quite. if u have something to say..say it. if you dont then dont. dont strain yourselfs, because it just looks desperate! i used to chat and chat and chat when starting something new like a job, and act really happy and outgoing for the first week to make a good impression. but although im like this sometimes...im not all the time. so when i had quite days people found it odd, wheres the load outgoing girl gone? coz on my down days i am a moaner!! and generally pissed off with the world.
moral of the story is. you can spend your hole lifes trying to be someone your not, loud outgoing etc, or you can just except the way you are and start living.

I don't strain myself to talk to people. I never have & never will. That's not my problem. Neither is worrying what people are thinking about me. My problem is trying to live in a world which is full of people when I can barely function amongst them.

I think the stuff that we are eating is messing with our heads. Today is the 2nd day of my heavy metal detoxing, and I am more in control of my own thoughts than I've ever been. I think the stuff we are eating has some crazy drugs in it already, call it chemicals, they're like drugs making us depressed and anxious. Just like Xanax numbs us, this crap is doping us into feeling like shit. I know, I have been feeling so good and been able to make eye contact with my mom for the first time since the summer without feeling irrationally anxious, the past two dayas.

surely you must be worrying what people think of you if you cant function in a world with people?

I do give it a break, but then some idiot on the road pisses me off and the whole plan goes to hell. Stop driving I suppose?

This is like telling a blind person "Go ahead and see today, it's okay, I give you permission". People who don't think social anxiety disorder (SAD) is a disease are just plain ignorant (trolls).
