I just got a very nice idea. to fix our negative thought patterns.

Let's just do this,

Mirrorise your thoughts.

For e..g

You think

I'm stupid - I am great

I am not going to the interview - I am going to the interview and it goes well

I don't know what to do - I have a lot of ways to do it


Let's just try this. Please write down your thoughts at this moment.
With a mirror reflection, and i know it's hard to think positive, but it might help you more, than you think! (yeah, you think.... literally.... see?)

You can't be serious?! ... you CAN be serious!! :D

But er, seriously, if it can work work for the bhuddists, then it can work for us western folk.
They propose that two supposedly mutually-exclusive opposites can actually quite happily co-exist, and yet still both be valid & true :eek: :cool:
