I know this may sound weird but I just had an idea that I wanted to share with ya'll.
What if we do like a get out there challenge? We can do things we normally would like to do but don't because of our SA or other reasons. We just have to do little by little, week by week and tell of our success/losses and be supportive for each other.
I think it will be beneficial to some of us that have goals to be more active and outgoing or just to do something rather than sit in a room all day watching tv, reading or surfing the net.
Any thoughts on this?
