GABA helping with SA

I have been taking the supplement GABA for close to a year now and it, along with my Celexa, has been helping. I take 750 mg. but started out with taking 500 mg. 1 time a day. I did notice a 'tingling' sensation on my skin but quickly went away - apparently that is a side effect. There was about 1 month in which I didn't have the money to get a bottle (can purchase at health food store or online) and noticed that I became irritated and more nervous than usual without it. Perhaps, at least for me, it does help to a degree.

Has anyone else had any positive experiences with GABA?

haha yeah

well that dose was a bit too high

one of my friends with anxiety tried it out as well
he said he felt extra focused in class
started singing along to songs on the radio

lol, it's dopaminergic (spelling?) so it makes you feel good
but at the dose i took, it basically felt like weed
it makes you sleep really well though

I've tried the NOW GABA brand but it didn't work out as well as I hoped. I read about a supplement called Picamilion which is suppose to work by breaking down to GABA after crossing the blood-brain barrier. Still haven't tried it yet.
