So under my insurance through my university I only get 2 visits at the health center and then I'm authorized for 5-10 visits outside of that. But those visits have a co-pay and I don't have enough for rent most of the year so I have been trying to deal with my social anxiety with little to none outside help.
Recently I bought some vitamins, multi vitamin(prenatal because it is easier on my stomach) and some B-complex ones because I heard it was good for stress. I began to take them regularly and felt a dramatic improvement in my behavior. Then as I usually do with pills in general, I forgot to take them for a couple of days. The change was so noticeable I practically locked myself in the house for three days. So I have tried to not go more than one without taking my vitamins and improving my diet in general and it is helping, not a solution for long term problems (as I found out the more social situations I am taking part in regardless if I am taking vitamins there tends to be a backlash when I hit my tolerance level and become a recluse again). That is the next thing I am going to work on.
