I take omega3 boost sandwiches. :)

whole wheat bread with butter that contains healthy fish oils, then some lettuce, baby tomatoes, cumcumber, avocado and salmon... hmm its pretty good. can replace salmon with tunafish or mackerel me thinks. haven't tried that yet though
 
You have ADD? I had no idea. Funny because you seem so clear-headed and organized.

I agree. Your ADD does not appear obvious online.:)
It is amazing that you managed to hold the jobs that you have had in your past too with ADD as well. :thumbup:

thanks, i'm anything but clear-headed and organized

i struggle with it at work- as much as i do with anxiety

no doubt the two are closely related and intertwined

but i do try to present a good front

apparently, i've managed to get by on charm :ironicsmile:

Well soup does help a bit :) atleast it works for me it makes me feel warm (duh) and just reminds of me of old times i used to eat soup with my family (my family loves soup and live in another country)
