Come round and I'll take you there. It had truffle and what tasted like ice cream in the middle. It was fantastic. I'd buy that again, and I could've eaten 10 of those today.

Made my home-made lasagna again. I was a little more aware of what to do this time and I made sure the foil didn't stick and also had more Italian sausage to work with. I think it turned out better this time than my first attempt.

Ricotta cheese is the best. That is my favourite ingredient!

Steak, mashed potatoes, and veggies for lunch. It was meh. I needed a few more minutes with the meat, I think. I used to be able to cook it perfectly and now I can't for some reason...yet I can cook a lasagna no trouble. Weird. Anyway, I have another steak in the fridge so I will try again soon.

So, it's my niece's second Birthday on Monday...

Here's the cake my sister asked me to make... It's a pink and vanilla marble cake inside with chocolate filling...

Oh and working with melted chocolate is not one of my favourite things... I found it quite stressful in fact...

Oh and I forgot to add that the cake is egg-free.

You can't really see it, but the marbled chocolate on top of the cake says "love"...
