I can't look ppl in the eye, its another problem for me socially. I can imagine what ppl think when I'm constantly avoiding eye contact, they must think I'm up to no good or something. Does anybody have an effective way of dealing with it?
Try to not look directly in their eyes, but at the space in between them. I do that when I'm at an interview or something. Not making eye contact makes you look uninterested or like your not listening.
It'll probably always be awkward until we actually cure our SA.
