Extreme ticklishness

It's a curse. Even though you can't stop laughing on the outside, you're weeping on the inside...

Sometimes just a seatbelt moving can set me off. I'm extremely ticklish. It is a very strange sensation.

I'm not too ticklish myself. I find it mildly annoying for the most part . My brother however is another story. For whatever reason tickling caused him extreme pain as a child. He didn't even laugh about it, only screams of pain. Luckily he grew out of it. I guess some people can be overly sensitive to that kind of stimulus.
