DTS or Dolby?

I prefer DTS for one reason. The voices seem clearer, easier to hear. Dolby I find I have to continually adjust the volume between action and just dialogue scenes.

One more question: Is it worth going to 7.1? Missing anything?

7.1, have speakers to test with just very difficult to position. And if movie only has strictly Dolby or DTS, six channels, then it would use the surround and not the back surround. Would have to constantly swap surround and back surround.

DTS HD Master is best tested with Master and Commander. I found. Excellent.

Thanks for not leaving me hung out in the cold.
