Hey, I'm really thin too. 6'3" and probably 170lbs. I look disgusting. I have been trying to lift weights and eat a lot more, but I don't seem to be gaining any muscle. Oh well. 🙁

what is 11-12 stone?

they are usually lying around outside. i pick them up and skim them across water..

a stone is roughly 14 lbs a stone i believe. it's a form of wt across seas.

I have the opposite problem... it takes a lot of effort and concentration to keep my weight down. It's like, when I'm hungry, I've GOT to eat something right there and then  Plus, chocolate makes me happy. I turn to it when times are rough... it's like a drug to me 🙂 So, SA isn't necessarily linked to being overly thin. At least, I don't think so.

Its interesting being on the other side. Im skinny! and i find that being a skinny guy is a huge problem. No matter how much i exercise it doesn't effect my body shape. I just want to be have curvy muscles like a normal guy for myself. I want to feel sexy not skinny. I have a fast metabolism
