does anyone look back at old photos of themselves..

I'm not sure if im the only one that does this but does anyone look back at photos of themselves before they were diagnosed with s.a or knew they had it?

I do it quite frequently and I try to work out how I was so different and happier makes me sad but makes me curious at the same time feels like im just trying to discover who I rlly am...

Yep. I don't look back on them frequently, but every once in a while I do. Looking at old photos always makes me so nostalgic :/

Yeah..always looking at a couple year books I had. I remember that those were the last couple years where I felt happy, no social anxiety. Makes me really depressed though so I got rid of them.

i used to do this all the time. it is so depressing though, i try not to now.
