Does anyone else feel like they can't breathe??

it's driving me mad, since my first panic attack i constantly think i cant breathe - but i obviously can - but then i think my chest is tight n something draedful is gonna happen to me.
anyone else out there experience this ?

Agreed. It is a panic attack. Just pm me and I'll tell you some techniques that I used when I went through them. (still going through a little to this day actually)

You probably find you are breathing ver quickly or shallowly when you have panicky thoughts.

Take some deep breaths, three seconds in, let the air fill up your lungs, then three seconds out. If you can sit somewhere quiet and as you slow your breathing down, try to concentrate on each part of your body and as you breath out relax your muscles. Concentrate on the sounds you can hear, not your thoughts.
