I've noticed that in correlation to my HH I tend to get a red/flushed face very often. Most of the time my face is red when I'm in room temperature but I tend to be dry when my face is flushed. Does anybody else suffer from this?
No one in my family has HH except me. My dad apparantly was a big blusher bit didn't he have HH... I'm almost certain there are links to one another... Most of the time once I start sweating my face returns to it's normal colour, so it's like there's a build up of heat inside my body which needs to escape either by pumping blood into my face or by sweating.
I also get red in the face a lot when I excercise even when I'm sweating. I think medics and doctors around the world need to find out where this heat intolerance is coming from... rather than come up with "quick fixes". Obviously this is where the money is at though...
I honestly feel like if we're going to be cured from this condition it's going to take one of US to find out what's wrong, no one is going to find out what is wrong with our bodies unless they're going to make a lot of money from it.. which they probably won't. I swear I'm going to find out what's wrong with me even if it KILLS ME.
