It depends really... who it is I'm talking to, how anxiety has been treating me that day.. etc. I try my best though
Most of the time when I'm struggling with keeping a smile I tend to just let it go.. because I just can't force a smile.. feels uncomfortable and probably looks strained and awkward. lol
