How to not make Smile look awkward because of your SA
i tend to make weird facial expression but i dont mean too, and it normally dont reflect the feeling i have.. its so un-natural, because my real expression to most things is blank face. But because i have to make faces to suit a situation, i tend to smile.. but it looks so fake, that it actually looks like im worried or forced to smile.. or awkward..
when i smile at people, my smile look like its saying: 'there is something wrong with you' smile... but i dont mean too smile that way, i am just uncontrollably nervous and anxious.
I can smile genuinly if i am sincerly happy to see you. Its not a bad thing to fake a smile, because it looks good, but i cant really do that when its not genuine, i may not be happy to see you, but im not unhappy to see you, i am just normal about it. But its nice to smile.
I know some people out there able to pull off a fake smile, i dont know how you are able to act, can you teach me your skills please. :
