Do You Feel Safe?

I don't really think I'm paranoid. I mean, I don't believe people are intentionally and actively out to get me. I feel a lot of the time that people are going to hurt me accidentally because they don't notice me. I feel I'm invisible and not important enough to warrant attention.

There are also times I worry that I'm going to be beaten up. I know it's an irrational fear. I don't like to leave the house empty because I worry it might be burglarized (which did happen a few years ago). I keep the house and my car locked up at all times.

Yeah I feel like that too..while I am on foot...i feel like somebody is following me or will kidnap me and blah blah...
I turn backwards many times and also see the shadows walking past behind me...

even like when I cross the raods..vehicles suddenly speed up and would bang me out of my body....

I am not scared but its hallucinating...it happens everytime with me
