do u always do things the same way!!!!

are my thoughts so into social phobia that I have no imagination... I hope it's just that and not cause I'm a boring person, cause I didn't use to be... I guess my mind is occupied with thoughts regarding my SA that their is no room for imagination, not even when I'm with my family, and I see some of the posts here, from some people that logically have SA and they're pretty interesting, maybe it's cause of my ocpd??? pls heeelp!! :D

yeah, but I don't expect something different to happen, cause I know I'm doing stuff the same way, but I don't want to do them the same way, get it.. so try to read the post better, or a couple of times before u coment :D

I'm trying my best to escape the idea of doing everything the same. Part of the reason my OCD spiked a while back was because I kept a routine life and felt anxiety if things were different. Like I tried keeping things perfectly neat and organized and I would get annoyed when things felt out of place. Not to mention that doing things the same way and having a routine life just makes things boring.

Practically all the same things I go to sleep, get up, have a shower and leave the house practically all in order and at the same each day.

I'm very particular about how I do a lot of things, even when it shouldn't matter. I get annoyed if I have to deviate from it, or at work if someone else is doing it differently. With some of the things, the way I do it makes more sense (more efficient, saves time, etc), but it still shouldn't be a big deal, so I try to just have more patience and an open mind, and try to know when it's not worth pushing an issue.

I don't really have a "set in stone" daily routine, but I do have a better chance of accomplishing things that I should if I make sure I set aside time every day for them. I get lazy if it's not a "daily" habit- things like exercise, proper diet, cleaning my apartment, etc.

I'd like to add that I have no imagination or creativity, but I don't think it's because of or related to SA.

I've never really thought about this before but I pretty much always do things the same way. Same times, same things, same days. I do get annoyed and anxious if I can't be in control of a lot of things or if something messes up my routine.

I think my mind protects itself from the intrusive and anxious thoughts by going into imaginary and fantasy places. I don't have much of a problem with my imagination.

yeah, but I ment like saying the same replies, having no knew stuff to say, I know everybody's life is pretty much a routine... but it's like u have brain freeze... don't really know how to explain it, but thx on the comments :D

I tend to park in the same spot in college every day, and I will sit at the same desk or use the same computer, given then choice. But then, so do most other people I see...
