I know this may seem like a random question, but I don't know if I ate good or ate too little on my diet. I normally eat healthy foods. Today I had organic honey nut o's, banana, and water. Lunch- I had a peanut butter sandwhich on whole grain health nut bread, an apple, green grapes, a brownie, salad with italian dressing , almonds, and another glass of water. Dinner I coconut curry from Chang's, an egg roll with duck sauce, another salad with italian dressing, and I think 3 pizza crusts my Mom offered me, and I had ice tea also. I'm wondering if I am consisting on too much unhealthy foods. I don't necessarily pig out on cookies or ice cream or chips everyday, but I mainly eat organic types of foods.
