I'm 68 years old and have had a very satisfying sex life but I've been impotent for over two years and it is ruining my life. My uro says that an implant is the only solution but it's such a big step...

Im sorry to hear that mister. The thought of getting older terrifies me to be honest (im 34). Im sure therapy can, though from my experience you'll end up doing most of the soul searching/work involved. Just a heads up. Ive seen people try therapy and say it doesnt work, but im not sure how much work they also put into it.

Do you really need sex at age 68 onwards to have a satisfying life in general? Possibly at a certain age, the male body just starts not working, just like a women might not get aroused in the same way at 68 compared to when younger.

Viagra is a popular treatment for impotence or erectile dysfunction. This Sildenafil brand works to help you treat erectile dysfunction so you achieve and maintain a hard erection by increasing the blood flow to your penis.

The ED pill contains the main active agent Sildenafil which primarily helps sustain a man’s erection so he can complete sexual intercourse. The use is currently one of the best for erectile dysfunction today.

Sildenafil inhibits cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5, an enzyme that degrades cGMP and regulates blood flow in the penis. Pfizer scientists in the UK originally intended sildenafil as a medication for various cardiovascular problems, such as hypertension, high blood pressure, and angina pectoris.

I have to say that's a very disrespectful and narrow minded view.
