crying spells..?

Do u cry for no reason? U don't even have to be in a sad or stressful situation but yet u get the urge to cry. I just spent the last hour crying in bed for no apparent reason until i took a tranquilizer and it helped me calm down a bit.

During what I call my insanity period, from September to December last year, yes. It was strange really because I never cried much at all in my life before that. I think it all just got to me.

i do nearly shed a tear and get a little emotional by the way i carry on sometimes after drinking to much .... but im trying to change that ..
