Counseling does it work

Was just wondering if anyone has tried it and did it help....from what I've read the most effective way to treat this is through counseling and medication or it is just a case of waiting and hoping that it goes away?

The most effective way of getting any help for SA is you helping yourself not relying meds and other people to people to sort your life out for you.

It can work. Whether it does or not depends on the person.

Well it's my girl she has had it for a while and had got herself sorted out but in the last month has just started to struggle and she took a big step to goto the doctors who has put her on the list for counseling. Hopefully it will help in some way.
