Hi. I have been researching cooling vests and cooling clothing and have been thinking of giving it a go. As I have severe compensatory sweating on my back and chest due to ets surgery I think the vests should help me in summer times as I work out doors.
Has anyone tried these and found them good? There are many different brands to choose from. Also cooling caps and cooling mats to lie on etc.
