Chasing Someone You're Interested In

I've noticed a pattern that I can't seem to break.

A guy shows interest and initiates contact, but eventually I end up chasing him.

I don't exactly know how this happens. I'm not exactly sure when the tables turn and I begin chasing him, but it happens every time.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Have you figured out how or why this happens?

What did you do to change the pattern?

That's happened to me.

I don't want to control people, and I don't want them to control me.

There should be an equality to achieve. If not, keep chasing someone else

I like a challenge, but I am limited to chasing at about 16km/hr.

When I am chasing someone I like to pace myself, and wear them down over a long distance.

It's also fun being chased, but when they catch me they run right past.
