Can't even look at girls

I either walk with my head down, or look straight. I can't look at girls in the eyes. What a loss. Maybe I will die without ever being able to look at girls, but wanting to do so.

Nah, I don't think so. What you're trying to achieve is already a social interaction. And a relative advanced one at that. Instead of trying to 'look girls in the eyes', try to 'identify exactly what it is that makes your uncomfortable, and try to constructively work the issue'.
