cant access chat since months

as if my social isolation wasn't enough, i haven't been able to login to the chat for months.. i had the link for the irc thing & i lost it coz of pc issues.. so can i have the link again?
the error that i get is 'couldn't resolve ur host name' 'access form ur country is not allowed' wtf is that happening?
i would really like to talk to ppl facing the same disorder as i am since i don't have any social life anyway

I'm not sure what link it is you need :S Do you want a program like mirc or chatzilla?
I would miss chat too
