It's really hard to break it because if you've suffered from it as long as i have (basically as far back as i can remember) it becomes a part of you. I do like to believe that anything is possible though, if you put your mind to it! You really have to conciously try to relax and do things (think things, or images) that make you more relaxed though.

I go to a juggling society once a week and usually i don't really enjoy it and just keep looking at the clock wanting it to end. But today i can honestly say i had a good time, because beforehand i conciously told myself 'i'm here to relax and unwind and have some fun'. I just did my thing, taught some people a few simple tricks and talked a little while to some people (i'm very bad at keeping a conversation so that makes me really happy) Even got chatting to a hot canadian girl ;) though i don't think anything will really develop (still, baby steps right!)
