use it prior to enter social situations, to reduce anxiety, till its near to 0


in addition at the end use this technique to reduce to zero (dont use affirmations, instead focus on the anxiety feeling):

for me all i can say is that it definitively works/or at leats helped me a great deal + its pretty simple to use

1 week. was able to feel quite calm in social situations this weekend. dont say it will cure you, but could help a great deal.. try it out..see us here in 1 week

some more explanation: do the posture, focus on the anxiety provoking feeling/tought/aspect one after another till reduce to an acceptable level and you feel calm and secure, thats it..

no offense to anyone above but this seems like such BS. it sounds just like some ritual to perform to psych yourself into believing you are momentarily relieved of all anxiety. i'm sorry but no BS placebo, made-up ritual is going to take my amount anxiety away.

well, did you try it out? have you experienced that its effective? how can you judge without trying it


to the two points to tap: they are taken from the chinese meridian charts and they regulate the fight or flight response of the body

i was at my towns fest, and felt anxiety arising, so i did the pose and after a minute i felt ALOT more relaxed and could stay there the whole evening nearly without anxiety. I also used it to adapt to my new jobs environment, treating the anxiety before going to work, and it helped (not cured).

another event was the birthdays party of one of my friends, where i was introduced to an english (im italian), and i did the pose while talking to him, and i didnt feel so anxious, altough some anxiety was there.

each time anxiety arises, ill do it either before, in or after the event

now for me pesonally it helped overcome the severe anxiety, definitively

did you try it?
