Your Boss is so persistent. She really wanted you to go. You know,..company like this... each and every employee just like a family. Since, everyone is going except you... you're giving out the impression that you do not want to be part of the family. It's great to be honest with your feeling.. but, sometime it just not wise.

Maybe when you get there, no one will really pay that close attention to you and you can slip out early.
