Lately I have been working out and getting in shape, at least trying to anyways. I find that it helps with the SA, in that it makes me feel less self conscious about how I look to other people. Anyone else have this happen?
I started lifting about 3 months ago and i have put on 25 pounds of muscle! I used to be really skinny but now i am starting to fill out, i weighed 165 and now i weigh 190. It really helped my self esteem.
Taking better care of yourself by working out and eating better definatley improves self esteem and overall health(it shows you care about yourself which is attractive)Working out has become part of my life and it made a huge difference with my self worth and opinion of myself..I would highly recommend it to everyone no matter what size they are...Its also therapeutic and gives you something to do other than sitting in front of the computer or tv..But then theres always those really cool people who must talk or text on their cell phones while working out,boy if only I were that cool...haha
Yes i would agree it helps in many ways..big time...health wise of course & your self image...I also have avoidence issues too though.... & if I didnt exercise I would feel completely depressed I think & be 425 pounds again as a result.
