I guess you will do well... but that depends on the condition you are currently; all of us are in different positions on the track relative to each other. Just remember to breath deeply, this is not a OCD practice but try to count your breath, it distracts you from compulsive messy thoughts. We all have our guiding instincts which are here to guide us to the best possible circumstances. If you manage to distract yourself enough to quiet your mind. It will kick in and manage things for you to enjoy!
