beaing a laboratory technician

I am planning to choose this career in the future. I think I'll be more productive in this job since it is more related into analyzing and doesn't require much interaction with people. Is there anyone here who could give me a feedback about this job????

I know someone who has this career, it's not too socially demanding, even myself back when I was an electronic technician, I found it barely challenging SA wise, even a little isolated and lonely believe it or not.

Hi Remus! .... I don't care about being isolated or lonely. I usually stay in my room anyway so I wouldn't mind. People might say I wouldn't be helping myself blah blah... but I just want to work in an environment that would make me comfortable. This is my goal in the near future. Thanks for the feedback
