I don't really see the point of them. So we say that person A is attractive or we say person A is not attractive. Is that going to make a difference in anyone's life? I view it as a trivial matter that has little to no relevance in most people's happiness unless of course your face is hideously deformed. And even then you have success in relationships.
I have to sort of agree with arjuna-- threads like these aren't good.
No matter what answer she gets, it's going to mean she's focusing on her looks as a form of validation... that's something we should all be trying to get away from, especially since they will eventually fade.
