I stumbled across this link today with the following description:
"BBI-4000, a novel topical soft anticholingeric, is being developed for the treatment of hyperhidrosis, with initial human clinical studies planned to commence during 2014."
Here's the full link, which has little info, presumably as Brickell does not want to give away its secrets:
Brickell Biotech, Inc. | Pipeline
Any idea of what a "novel topical soft anticholingeric" might be? Is it something like glycopyrrolate solution? I'm delighted to see, though, that some commercial start-ups are starting to sense the financial potential in coming up with new treatments for hyperhidrosis.
