Back on Antidepressants

Hi everyone, I joined on here a while back but never did an introduction. Three months ago I came off antidepressants and this Thursday just gone I had to start retaking them. I've been on them 26 years in total. Just wanted to say hey.

Welcome to the site, I went off all meds over a decade ago.

I don't know if it was the right choice or not, but I never got much out of them anyway.
