Sorry, I didn't quite know where to post it and please don't take this post as a self-indulgent, boastful posting...just happy that I actually acted human in front of people :)

Well, we got back from the road trip late last night. It was a total of 12 hours there and 12 hours back. We had to make multiple stops between the 2 kids, eating and SIL's expressing. Needless to say, I am exhausted.
It was a good trip, I must say. My SA was not too bad, there were a few times where it was not on "its best behavior" but I had meds and just tried to keep myself calm with self-talk techniques and music. When the fog set in, it was a little dicey because it made me feel claustrophobic but got through it one baby step at a time. I even socialized! Granted, they were people I know (SIL's family) so I was in familiar territory so I suppose that made it easier, but all in all, I am happy it went OK.
and that I didn't completely freak out!

I have some photographs I'll be sharing as soon as I get them off my camera and onto website so if you are interested, later on I'll post a link to it here on SPW- nothing spectacular but I love to take photographs!
