I just found out about this a few mins ago from a facebook post one of my friends posted. I am having the same feelings coming up when I first found out about Social Anxiety. I don't have anyone to talk to about this so here I am posting about it. I know I never come around any more but this is a place that helps me get out my feelings. I look forward to learning more about this. Does anyone here suffer from this?

hello,yes i also have this,mine has got a lot worse ,me i am 67 so i dont even have to go to work now ,i find i only go to a local shop twice a week then order online every week
