uploading an avatar is the biggest pain in the arse!!

either it's too big to begin with, all mine are 18 and not 12!

then the meassurements are off, and i gotta go and fix em.

now it's 2 am and I GIVE UP

the thing is, i have IrfanView that i use to resize pics and stuff, but it does nothing about the KB crap... i hope that makes sense

Here is a good site for making avatars the right size. I think for this forum the avatar size needs to be set to 120 or less.
