Appetite and HH

As a long term sufferer of HH, I noticed an interesting thing last week. I had a period of about 3 days where I didn't have much of an appetite, so I didn't eat much. Coincidentally, for those 3 days, I barely sweat at all. I was as active as I usually am and nothing else was different.

Now, obviously we can't just stop eating in an effort to curb HH...but it did leave me to believe that HH may be somewhat diet related. Or, it could be as simple as when you don't eat much your body conserves all of your fluids and therefore your sweating is reduced.

Just thought I'd throw it out there and see if anyone else has ever noticed the same thing.

I have been looking a lot more at diet as I am trying my best to reduce my sweating as best as I can. I think its a lot more to do with what you eat rather than how much you eat. I eat a fair amount each day as I weight train a lot, but I don't really notice much change on days where I don't eat much.
