i used to work at timberlawn in dallas. they have a pretty good reputation. i know that many state institutions have been closed and the patients put out on the street. that was done so that more money would be available for important things........

I would recommend Friends hospital in PA. It's a private hospital.

I've been there on two different occasions as a teenager and it felt like a vacation.

The last time I stayed there was 2003 when I was 17 (due to my extreme depression)and they had both male and female patients on the same floor for some odd reason.

I even got a few phone numbers...


I don't know how the adult units work but I can't see it being much different.
