Anyone from France or interested in a language exchange ?

I'm from Paris in France.
I'd like to know if there're some foreigners who fancy exchanging with me in both ours native languages or only yours.

I've an advanced level in Eglish and a low intermediate level in Spanish.
I go in England (London) and Spain (Barcelona) from time to time.

I can teach Tamil, which is one of the oldest living language. I also like to learn French but I don't know is it possible via internet.
