Anyone find themselves pleased about others' misfortune?

No I don't, I usually try and help people when it goes tits up for them

Me too Remus, sometimes when i see someone do something embarrasing i go red for them!! I don't like seeing other people feel uncomfortable or sad.

yea...all the time....keeps me from thinking I'm alone and sometimes gives me the feeling "at least I'm not that bad off" seeing someone worse off than me just makes me feel a little better about my situation. But I can't say I don't feel bad about it....I think its somewhat normal though....haven't you ever watched America's Funniest Home Videos? If someone falls on their ass, but they turn out to be okay the first thing most people do is laugh....

Yes, i can agree with most of the comments I'm sad and have no life so i tend to get jealous of people even my friends but i don't wish anything bad upon them.
