Force yourself to do it for 2-3 days, and then you'll find you'll have that energy. The initial part is the most difficult.

You're right! Getting fresh air and exercise is key.

On a side note, my healthier eating habits are starting to pay off. Today, I had a lot more energy.

Great to hear, mate! Keep it up and you'll feel better, physically and mentally.

Lately, I'm always lying down. I feel so tired and lethargic. Even eating better isn't helping. Most of my day consists of going on the internet and then taking breaks to rest in my bed.

Anyone else going through this?
I have the same issue....I guess it's because of depression, but there are other causes.I've made an appointment with my home doctor,we'll how it goes.I've tried talking a nap,it helps me sometimes.I also go to the gym once in a week.
So don't worry, you're not alone. We just gotta find out the cause,in order to get to the solution.

Depression can be hell! I can at least negate it as much as possible by exercising, going out more often for fresh air and eating better.

Good luck on your doctors visit! Hang in there!
