Force yourself to do it for 2-3 days, and then you'll find you'll have that energy. The initial part is the most difficult.I need energy to get energy.

Great to hear, mate! Keep it up and you'll feel better, physically and mentally. :thumbup:You're right! Getting fresh air and exercise is key.
On a side note, my healthier eating habits are starting to pay off. Today, I had a lot more energy.
I have the same issue....I guess it's because of depression, but there are other causes.I've made an appointment with my home doctor,we'll how it goes.I've tried talking a nap,it helps me sometimes.I also go to the gym once in a week.Lately, I'm always lying down. I feel so tired and lethargic. Even eating better isn't helping. Most of my day consists of going on the internet and then taking breaks to rest in my bed.
Anyone else going through this?

So don't worry, you're not alone. We just gotta find out the cause,in order to get to the solution.
