I so wish that existed. What does exist, at my univ at least, is some really good counseling services which include groups- many of which are specifically about social anxiety and related problems. That might be a good way to deal with the anxiety associated with classes and being there. There are definitely other students who struggle with the same issues.
I freak out also when I am in the classroom- blush uncontrollably, feel I'm being stared at, my heart pounds, I get so nervous and uncomfortable that I have to frequently walk out.
But the counseling services are helpful and you can always sit in the back by the door and step out if you need to.
