I was reading the bible the other day and there was something that Jesus said that really spoke to me...

I can't remember exactly what he said but it was something like:

"He who worries won't add years onto his life"

Really made me think about how much I worry about what I'm gonna say or whether the other person likes me, and the fact that it does me ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD for me.

So just remember this quote next time you're worrying about something

I dont read much the bible,but one of the things I remember from my younger days.

But for those who have faith such affirmations are worth far more in value than anything else you can read or hear, as they understand the bible as a source of true wisdom.
