Anti-Depressant Alternative

I believe my anxiety is getting worst than ever. I can't seem to concentrate anymore. Pretty much, this:

* Anxiety or excessive worry
* Panic, fear and phobias
* Pessimism
* A tense state of mind accompanied by irritation and impatience
* Obsession
* Suicidal tendency
* Repetitive thoughts
* Low self esteem
* Emotional behaviors like anger and aggression
* Insomnia or light sleep
* Post menstrual syndrome

(the ones I underlined are the symptoms I think are worst and bothers me a lot)

I've heard of 5-Hydroxytryptophan and read that it can help those symptoms and it could be a great alternative to anti-depressants. I thought I should post this so others could know about this and maybe if you tried it you can share you experience.

Theres also alternatives like teas and things like that. I dont think they are as effective as anti-depressants, but if you dont want to take them, you could look into those alternatives.

Tryptophan along with vitamin B6 is often taken to increase the vividness of dreams and achieve lucidness... it's broken down into serotonin, which is what some of the most common anti-depressants act upon the release or re-uptake of.. blah blah

It sounds neat and worth a try!

I think anti depressant really won't work. Maybe it help you in a moment but the answer to the total healing. And if you dont to take anti depressant you go for alternatives that is good for your body. And i also recommend that you always seek your doctor about the growing problems of yours. Seek for the help of psychologist. Ask for proper medical attention to prevent more drastic outcomes.
