I've come across the concept, often shown as a triangle, of how it is that the way we think, feel and behave are all connected and can influence each other positively and negatively.

For example, going for a walk can make us feel better and cause our thoughts to be more positive.

...or thinking positively about a job vacancy can cause us to feel motivated to do an application

I like its potential as a tool for navigating through procrastination, bad feelings and destructive thinking

could be a good thing to think about
and it just shows you that simply thinking positive can have a good outcome
