Anyone ever heard of this? I recently found it out when I was in a waiting room and read this children's book of the same title. It basically told of these false articles to really neat illustrations. Completely outlandish, but very imaginative.

"The articles described fantastic animals on the Moon, including bison, goats, unicorns, bipedal tail-less beavers and bat-like winged humanoids ("Vespertilio-homo") who built temples. There were trees and oceans and beaches. These discoveries were supposedly made with 'an immense telescope of an entirely new principle'."

Anyway, I figured it was worth sharing.

I used to love James and the Giant Peach as a kid. I thought it was very imaginative.

Heh, yeah! I like moon stuff and general space stuff and all sorts. Oh, and I love James and the Giant Peach too. I just recently watched it again. His aunts used to scare me so much when I was little and they still do. Yikes!

u reminded me of this movie i saw which had OJ simpson in it and was about faking the moon landing that was serious lol right there
