Thanks for sharing. I watched the video. Vipassana is a great concept. We have to realize that we are not the emotions we experience, but the observer behind the emotions. But oftentimes, we let our emotions get the best of us. Which reminds me, I have anger problems, old grudges that I still held inside and need to practice lettting go.

hope you guys are well...it's important to sit at least 30 mins daily...for results....plz work hard friends...not many have this wonderful gift from Buddha...strength to all of us...not the easiest of things to live with anxiety etc, and we are doing a great job i think.
